Struttura costruita interamente in acc. inox AISI 304, con tutte le parti a contatto con il prodotto in acc. inox AISI 304. Apparecchiatura superiore a chiusura ermetica con bordo di sicurezza. Discesa, miscelazione, sollevamento a funzionamento meccanico.  Iniettori di vapore diretto a livelli differenziati. Apparecchiatura di sicurezza. Serie di strumenti per la cottura. Pannello di comando e di controllo di tutte le operazioni costruito in acciaio inox, con le varie fasi di lavoro visualizzate sul pannello stesso mediante spie luminose.

Cooking instruments. Control panel made of stainless steel for all the operations, with different working phases visualized con the panel itself by means of warning lights.
